30-day money-back guarantee Not happy with your DOODLO for any reason? You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return and a full refund — sale items included.

Damaged or wrong item Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or wrong, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you — at no cost to you.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal If your order ships to the European Union, you can also cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason, without giving a justification.
